the processing needs of our clients when planning any Social, Christian, Or Corporate Event. We provide a combination of organizational skills and creativty. We pay close attention to details and exhibit effective communication per email, fax, telephone, etc.
The Event Planner is responsible for planning any activity, event, project or extracurricular activity from Start to Completion per collaboration throughout the process with you the client(s) per a written proposal.
Once the planning process is completed, per a written proposal, you have the option to further use our services by hiring this firm to coordinate the event.

Completion of a proposed worksheet/check-list
Overview of the proposal and Coordinate fee-chart
Option to sign written agreement
Collection of Non-refundable deposit and Processing Fee
STAGE TWO: Interview
Written Proposal Outline
What: Type of Activity or Event
When: Date & Time
Where: Location and proposed facility(s)
Who: Individuals participating, Vendors, Guests
How: Budget, Theme, Menu, Accessories, Attires, etc.
STAGE THREE: Proccessing
The processing stage consists of researching and
developing the proposal with detailed information,
Setting up vendor meetings, Viewing of the facility,
Meetings with the bridal party, hostesses and others,
The processing stage is implemented until the date
of the ceremony, banquet, reception or other.
STAGE FOUR: Implementation
The day of implementation is the final processing stage.
